You couldn’t have said it better. I’m always reminding clients that social media channels should be used as a catalyst to help drive leads. You don’t own those those channels (facebook, G+, etc.). It’s like renovating an apartment that you lease. At the end of the day, the owner is the one who benefits. In this case it’s Zuckerberg.
