      I have been a traveling mad man the last few weeks, so I apologize for the late response. Thanks for taking the time to make a comment on the post.

      There’s so many styles of leadership, but I have always noticed that our ability to connect belief systems is what allows us to influence and lead. It’s an idea larger than any one person, but can positively, and sometimes negatively, have a profound affect on the whole.
